We have developed a service which provides expertise in supporting those who work in some of the most challenging environments, whilst recognising tragedy can also affect those in apparently the most stable of environments.
Counselling and Employee Support
Organisations these days want to protect their biggest and most valuable asset and they want to do this in the way that fits best with their culture and with the assurance that nothing short of excellence is being provided for them. We have a well established team of therapists across the UK, who have a wealth of experience in a variety of issues. We offer packages of counselling ranging from 6 to 18 sessions as well as working with clients in our retreat. This service is provided with full Clinical Case Management of all Clients.
Clinical and Case Work Supervision
Supporting and advising clinical staff, such as Nursing staff, Social Workers, Carers and Support Workers.
Individual support can be provided either by telephone or face to face. This service provides support for Managers who are experiencing difficulties with employees in the workplace. The issues can range from employees presenting as suicidal, with alcohol/drugs misuse, mental health issues or performance management.
Workplace mediation is an early opportunity for the people concerned to communicate with one another in a private, safe and secure environment with the help of an independent and trained mediator. Mediation costs are typically much less than of those expected in pursuing traditional grievances. Our mediators are trained, experienced and professionally qualified in workplace mediation.

We can provide a Consultant to go into the work place, or an alternative venue, to deliver workshops on a variety of subjects such as Defusing Services, Diversity, Change, Stress in the Workplace and advice & support around redundancy.
Effective Executive Coaching ideally should, facilitate improvements for the individuals involved and where relevant the companies that employ them. This can translate into positive change that benefits the individual in their work and personal life.
